We’re an independent family-run farm raising premium King Prawns on land beside Scotland’s Eden Estuary. Powered by Scottish sunshine, clean seawater, and high-quality feed, our prawns are carefully grown in a sustainable environment. Our passionate team is dedicated to bringing you fresh, nutritious, and delicious local Scottish seafood — straight from our farm to your kitchen.

Scotland’s climate isn’t warm enough for King Prawns — so we bring the warmth to them.
Our prawns are raised in specially designed, thermally efficient indoor farms where the water is sustainably heated using biomass energy and the filtration systems are powered by the sun. This carefully controlled environment keeps them safe from disease, pollution, and predators — enabling us to grow healthy, delicious prawns without the use of antibiotics or harsh chemicals.
We believe in making the most of every resource.
Even the nutrient-rich byproducts from our prawns are repurposed to help grow crops — a win for sustainability and local agriculture.
