You want genuinely fresh prawns. Our prawns are harvested to order and delivered never frozen. This gives a sweeter flavour, firmer texture, and better cooking performance than imported prawns that have been frozen during transport.
You are happy to pay for quality. Fresh, UK-grown prawns cost more than frozen supermarket prawns. Our customers value freshness, animal welfare, and local production over the lowest possible price.
