We avoid sulphites, bleach dips, and preservatives entirely. Instead, we use rapid chilling and a tight cold chain. The prawns go from tank to close to 0 degrees Celsius within seconds, locking in natural colour and texture with no additives.

We supply the prawns whole and unpeeled to maximise freshness and texture. Deveining is optional. Our prawns are clean, tank reared, and fed a high quality diet, so many chefs choose not to remove the vein.

No. We do not use sulphites, sodium metabisulphite, polyphosphates, glazing, or other preservatives. You get 100 percent prawn, not prawn plus added water or chemicals.
